Question by Maritime Mummy to 2 Little Imps!: Has anyone used a cloth “booster” seat for at the table? Daughter only wants to eat sitting in a big chair…?
She’s almost 19 months and done with her high chair…understandably so…but I also can’t get her to eat sitting in a booster seat, either.
She does SO well eating sitting right on a full-sized chair at the table. The table is low enough that she doesn’t need any extra height under her to eat. My problem is that I’m too terrified she’s going to fall off the chair, and she is too independent to let me hold on to her, she swats me away and gets grumpy.
So I’m wondering, has anyone used these things? http://www.google.ca/imgres?imgurl=http://ny-image3.etsy.com/il_fullxfull.69234359.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php%3Flisting_id%3D22563922&usg=__sjfIvpdSohC-XSVkmWJ4Fk8IxJc=&h=1284&w=1500&sz=395&hl=en&start=0&zoom=1&tbnid=7MBvko_aSnhH8M:&tbnh=127&tbnw=151&ei=gpF-TY6rLIyzhAfYnIm2Bw&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dcloth%2Bbooster%2Bseats%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26client%3Dfirefox-a%26sa%3DN%26rls%3Dorg.mozilla:en-US:official%26biw%3D1024%26bih%3D412%26tbs%3Disch:1&um=1&itbs=1&iact=hc&vpx=451&vpy=76&dur=477&hovh=129&hovw=151&tx=159&ty=83&oei=bpF-TcDSOcmHrgHaipH3CA&page=1&ndsp=10&ved=1t:429,r:2,s:0 They look kind of silly to me, but anything to help keep her from falling would be okay by me!
The picture came from an old listing on Etsy, but I can’t find anything else like it or any other place that sells it. Any suggestions (if that is, it’s even worth my while getting?)

I haven’t played in a long time, but there was a general rule to it. Every time you level, your character gains 5 more points for skills. So, level 60 characters have 300 skill points and 300 / 60 = 5. If you apply this logic towards your skills, you can figure out where you should farm. Say you have 100 skill in Tailoring. You do 100 / 5 and you get 20. You should farm Humanoids that are around level 20.
I used this for Mining and Blacksmithing when I used to play.

Question by sandstorm222: Ladies, do you set the table with 2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 knives, cloth napkin, ceramic plate, and two glasses?
Okay, I’m just tired of this laziness here. When a girl cooks dinner for me she needs to have a salad fork and a meal fork. A steak knife and a butter knife. A regular spoon and a soup spoon. A wine glass and a water glass. Finally, NO PAPER OR STYROFOAM NAPKINS, PLATES, CUPS, “SILVERWARE”. I can’t recall how many times the table has been set wrong or I had to use some type of paper or plastic utensil. The things I have to go through!

Question by Terrible Threes: Cloth diapering Toddlers who have outgrown their changing table.?
PLEASE ANSWER ONLY IF YOU HAVE CDed A toddler!!!
So, my son is way too big for his changing taable, and we really don’t have room for it anymore. But, he also is a wiggler and escape artist when being changed.
I also use a wipes warmer with water to dip washcloths in to wipe and have the diapering apparatus arranged on the table.
What do you do for your toddler’s changes? I am at a loss when trying to figure out what to do with all the stuff if I get rid of the table.
He is working on potty training, but we have a ways to go yet.
I’m not being snarky about the CDing. Its just that you have a couple more steps (folding and inserting into cover or pocket) and they take up more space, especially if you have a ton of them like we do.

Get yourself a wicker basket and dump all the stuff in there so you can keep it in one place and move it easily. You can pick them up at any arts & crafts stores… and they usually come with a liner. That’s how I keep all my stuff together… and I change my kids on my bed. I just spread a waterproof liner so that if there’s an accident, it doesn’t ruin my bedspread. It’s much easier than a changing station.
