Mama Mia! Pasta with Tomato Basil Sauce Al Fresco!


MAMA'S IN THE KITCHEN and it will only take less than 15 minutes to cook...You can either use whole fresh garden pealed tomatoes or whole canned organic roasted tomatoes..Prepare the fresh tomatoes in the morning so you can move fast for the cooking time later in the day! I dedicate this video to my dad who cooked great pasta dishes when i was a kid..those meals warmed my heart and tummy and I felt the love in the food when He cooked with care and delight!.Here's to you Daddy! On another vid i will make my mom's homemade recipe..her mom taught her of spinach/ricotta ravioli. SO COME ON IN...LETS DO SOME COOKIN! Tomato Basil Pasta al Fresco a la mamamialove!! My Dad cooked pasta several times a week... I used to say..daddy are we having pasta AGAIN?? No...were having..Riggatoni--Hah Hah i would just laugh! I said they are all the same..He used to say...No they are not... Dad was a great pasta cook...he would throw sauce together in 10 minutes that was delicioso! My mom would make homemade lasagna and ravioli from scratch too...They would argue in Italian... who made the best sauce..Hah Hah..His mama was from the South of Italy around the Naples area and her Mama was from closer to Tuscany, from the Livorno and Florence areas in Northern Italia! I loved both recipes...Mama Mia what are you fussing about?? Come and sit down and and mangia! You want some wine for your digestion...you don't have to have it for this meal.. its highly digestable..cause this sauce hasn't ...
